- 1 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
- 1/4-1 /2 tsp sesame oil (, toasted)
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 3/4 cup uncooked white rice
- 3 stems choy sum
Combine chicken stock, soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, garlic, and ginger in a pot over high heat.
Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes to infuse flavors.
